It only rained on occasion and then for only a few minutes at a time. The ocean was rough most of the week we were at this resort. I don't know if that's why but the entire beach was washed away and the sea wall was beginning to crumble in places. It seemed that resort workers were dropping sand bags next to the wall constantly to keep if from falling into the sea.
